I purchased a TV,Sony Bravia, ModelNo. KLV22P402B,Product No. 8DNo. 18637301. Sl.No. 8152849. It became useless due to black bubbles but the engineer said it is water damage and they could not provide any assistace for repairing though it is within warranty period.upon calling they are giving various reasons in every time.they said that the problem would be resolved when the engineer cheked it and after a period of seven days they, upon calling them said that they are unable to provide any kind of assistance.
