we purchased a vacuum cleaner thro a sales person, above named,and we paid Rs.7,990/- on 11.03.2011.the sales person delivered the main product and promised to give the demo and also to deliver some other accessories and complete the sales transaction on 14.03.11.But till date he has not turned up.he is also not responding to our phone calls.we have registered a phone complaint with euro helpline(comp. no.84585471 dt.01.04.11).But still no action has been taken.we request you to take immediate action for the following:
1.original invoice from the company.
2.sealed warranty card.
3.demo on using the product.
4.Deliver the accessories as promised.
Pl. solve our mental agony.
