Complaint Details
1. I have purchased RO water purifier about a decade ago and entering into AMC on year to year basis.

2. WHile first few years the service was satisfactory.

3. For the past couple of years they do not respond and do not carry out any regular service as stipulated in the AMC.

4. Last two years hardly there is any visit by the Eureka officials.
