Complaint Details
have raised a service request on 16th March 2011 bearing no.84513404 for WD vaccum cleaner. I have mentioned in the request that I would require a extension pipe and connector for my WD vaccum cleaner. One of your representatives called me after 2days and promised me that he will find out about the availability of the accessories, till now after repeated calls to the service person number nothing has been communicated to me.

Please look into the issue after investing 10000/- into the vaccum cleaner and if the service so pathetic.
