I have order Aquaguard Total INFINITI model on 3rd April 2011, I haven't received it yet. When contacted, they told that due to audit and no stocks it is getting delayed.
If that is the case then you should not sell your product during audit time and when you don't have stocks available with you. This is your problem not customers, this is a very very bad service from your side.
Kindly let me know How to Cancel my Order.
