Complaint Details
I had purchased a new Aquaguard Purifier System on 8th September 2010 for Rs.9,000/-. As per terms, for a new Water Purifier one year free service is there and servicing has to be done every six months. Since nobody turned up for servicing after six months, I made repeated phone calls to the Service Centre but there was no response from them. Till now, no technician has been deputed for periodical service.

The reason for buying a new Purifier was that the salesman bluffed that the old machine could not be rectified and needs to be replaced by an old one. Also the old machine was not serviced for a period of six months though I had entered into AMC for a period of two years. The salesman, Mr. Vadivel also promised me that he would arrange for refund of the amount for the period the machine was not serviced during AMC. After the purchase of the new machine, Mr. Vadivel did not respond to my phone calls and refund also was not made.

Now, the same problem has occurred with respect to the new Water Purifier and the people are not responding properly inspite of my repeated phone calls.

I kindly request for suitable action against the company service centre.
