Complaint Details
I have brought a CDMA Samsung mobile set, Model No: B339 on dtd: 15/10/2010 but unfurtunatly the mobile give problem. On dtd: 21/02/11 I had given at authorised Samsung mobile service center for repair of the obile but till to day they had not repair my hand set. Whenever I asked for my set they simple gien me date by date.They reply me that the spare part is not available with them when it is available they will repair it. COMPLAINT SL.NO: 2751 DTD: 21/02/2011.
