i had bought Eureka Forbes Aquaguard, model infiniti & vaccum cleaner, model turbo from eureka forbes stall at an exhibition. Firststly no one came for installation of the aquaguard or the demo for vaccumm cleaner..after 6 mths n calling n no. of times i get someone for demo of my vaccumm cleaner. since no one had come for installation of my aquaguard i had to get it done from my local plumber. after calling them again for service the person said that its not installed properly so i told him to get a technician n look into the matter. this episode was 3 months back from 8th march calling them repeatedly for assistance but i have been ignored. my complain no. is 84453654. i m completely helpless as they r not attending my complain nor r they giving me a no sso as i can call their senior person. kindly help me.
