Complaint Details
I have purchased sony xperia sp mobile phone on emi basis for rs 22200+ 2%transaction fees with commitment from merchant that it will available on EMI basis with 0% intererest but when my bill was generated it was observed that i have to pay full amount and it was not converted into EMI from merchant side and merchant is now ignoring to generate duplicate transaction receipt which is proof of transaction type which he has not selected as EMI's also nowhere on the bill it is mentioned that product is bought on EMI's.Please take immediate action because my credit card bill payment date is due
