At the time of delivery, I was told that the subsidy amount will be credited to bank account.
When it was not happening, on checking with Gas agency, they said Adhar linking happened after 2 days of bill generated even though documents were given before and hence I am not eligible for subsidy.
This is clear case of cheating since I was not told about status of linking at the time of delivery.
Complaint registration at Indane site throws error. Their toll free number gets through rarely and when it gets through the default answer is server down, call after 2 hrs.
Request to have some action taken on LPG subsidy payments.
