Complaint Details
I Have booked a ticket from Jaipur to Mumbai on Oct 19 and payment has was deducted from my account, but still I had not recived the confirm ticket. they asked me not to reebook and keep waiting for confirmation which never came and I missed my flight. In 3 hrs of waiting, their numbers were not reachable and their email support did not reply back to my 4 mails sent every half an hour. Due to their fault, I faced extreme irritation and reprimand for using such a cheap site. I missed my trip to Goa and my familt had to put up very high expenses to get me there in time. I also missed a business meeting because I was waiting for confirmation of flight and could not decide whether I can make it to Mumbai or not. This is very unprofessional behaviour from them.
