Complaint Details
I booked my car Toyota Etios with Lanson Toyota Koyambedu on 1st October and i paid the full money to them as requested by them on 2nd October and they promised me to deliver the vehicle by 10th October and i called them on 10th and they said me that it would take another ten days and i enquired with other dealer in city Harsha toyota who said can release the vehicle immediately.so i dropped a mail to lanson for refund and they made my refund after three days and they said the bank has to send mail for partial auto loan taken from the bank and i went thru all the process and after ten days of follow up and all that struggle .HDFC Bank received the refund cheque from Lanson which had my name wrongly mentioned which i got to know from the bank after three days.I got very frustrated and i happen to call lanson for checking but then lanson started blaming the bank and these happening for last one week. Harsha toyota told me that they cant hold the vehicle any more and i missed my vehcile and i am badly affected by the service of lanson. Kindly help me in this situation and all the pain i went throe in the entire process.I have all the mail correspondence for the bank and the dealer.
