Continued Harassment by Idea
Please refer my numerous mails sent in above matter.
Here is one more incident:
After activation of card on 21/10, it was NOT working in my iPad despite many efforts. I was “FORCED” to visit Idea office in Navrangpura (5 kms from my house) and discuss with one Mr. Pelvin.
He made many settings and took out card two times and inserted it. My report to idea is as under:
1. Why he failed to make settings on 18/10 when I purchased the card
2. Why he was required to take out and insert the card twice (he use “U PIN” instead special device of iPad which might damage the iPad)
3. Why he failed to inform the customer of such setting at the time of purchase
4. At the time of purchase of the card there was VERY CATEGORICAL discussion that my sole purpose is to use for “face time” and my daughters and grandchildren are in USA. Yesterday he informed that with 3G card of Idea “face time” is NOT possible. This is nothing but “cheating”
5. I VERY categorically informed him that I will test the card for one month i.e. from 21/10 (activation date) to 20/11. Now the billing cycle issue came in the picture and I have told that it will be from 12/10. It is really making “fool” the public under this cycle name. A person who never was your customer from 12/10 to 21/10 how you can make him liable to pay from 12/10?
6. When I returned home, again it stopped working (even at this moment it is NOT working) and when I telephoned Mr. Pelvin, he said I will have to go to his office. Be noted that so far I have FOUR time visited Idea office (one time in Paldi and three times in Navrangpura). Thus I think a day will come that you will call me all the THIRTY days of the month to your office for service
7. It is said that up to 3GB I will get speed of 21.1 KBPS. When it was measured in presence of Mr. Pelvin, it was BELOW 5 KBPS. This is also nothing but “cheating” under name of speed. Please inform when I will get 21.1 KBPS speed
8. I was NOT given chance to select number of card. Why?
