Complaint Details
I got a recharge done from the vodafone store of Rs.129 on the 25th of October, 2013. The recharge which they did was wrong and told me to ask the customer care for refund. When I spoke to the customer care regarding refund they told me that they wanted to keep my call on hold but they actually disconnected the line. Since then, I am trying to contact the customer care but my call is getting redirected.
