i have called the eureka service centre regarding the change in the tap of my water filter(under warranty) as the tap was not working on 7th april 2011,on repeated call till 11 april finally the service person arrives without the tap and says that he doesnt know that you have lodged a complaint against change in tap and says that he will come tommorrow with new tap and after 10 minutes he again comes and says that a new tap was in his bag which from seeing can be said that the tap was used one.when we said that it was used one he said he will send another person.What is this a customer has to waite for 4 days for water where there is a high iron contminated water
