Here is one more incident of today, 26/10/2013.

As instructed by one Mr. Pelvin of your Navrangpura Office, I visited your Paldi (Bhattha) office 0n 26/10 afternoon. I was sitting in front of one Madam Mausami. She, instead listening anything, bluntly told me that as I have purchased card from Navrangpura, I will have to go there for any problem.
1. Is this Idea rule?
2. If I will go to Lucknow and if some problem is there, I will have to come to Ahmedabad? (who will bear the cost?)
Immediately I lodged a complaint (from my cell phone incurring cost) to Mr. Pelvin (who told me to go to this branch).
A very STRINGENT action be taken against Madam Mausami for such behavior
