CANCELLATION OF BUS TICKET HAS BEEN DONE BY THE TRAVEL AGENCY FROM BOOKING DATE TO AFTER 5 DAYS. I HAVE BOOKED MY TICKET ON 22/10/2013 & IT WAS CANCELLED ON 27/10/2013 & MY DATE OF JOURNEY IS 31/10/2013. THIS IS THE PEAK TIME AS IT IS DIWALI.THE PRICE OF BOOKING PRESENT TICKET IS ALMOST 3 TIMES OF THE PRESENT BOOKING OF MY TICKET I.E A/C SLEEPER.EVEN IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THE TICKET, SO I TOLD FOR ALTERNATE BUS TICKET IN THEIR TRAVELS OR THE TRAVELS WHICH THEY CAN ARRANGE. BUT THE SAME WHEN I INFORMED TO TRAVEL AGENCY HE WAS NOT READY TO LISTEN & TOLD THAT I WILL GIVE THE REFUND WHICH A CUSTOMER CAN'T ACCEPT. SO THE TRAVEL AGENCY SHOULD BE PENALISED FOR THEIR DEEDS WITH A COMPENSATION TO THE CUSTOMER. SO THAT THEY SHOULD NOT GIVE TROUBLE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO ARE IN EMERGENCY.
