Sir, I have purchased the above water purifier from the Eureka forbes on 08.11.12 under their tax invoice number 4032100793. From the complainee. I have given a complaint to the customer care centre on 03.06.13 as the dual flow tap leaking and the complaint number is 71649831. Nobody turned up. Again I gave remainders on 10.06.13 and the complaint no. is 71727760, on 11.06.13& the complaint no. is 71750912. Till date nobody has attended the fault. Today(28.10.13) again I have given a complaint with complaint no.73697468 for the dual flow tap handle has came out. I have contacted the kanchipuram Eureka service centre to come and do the service. They refused to do the service and told me that the unit is not purchased from them and also they informed us to contact the place where you purchased. As per the company's warranty says, service centres are available in all cities of India. Because of this problem I am not able to concentrate on my regular day-to-day work and much worried. I request you please take my grievances and do the neeful.
