I am NARAYANAN KUTTY residing at bangalore.

I am working in HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LTD,GOVT OF INDIA,BANGALORE.

I purchased AQUA SURE ELEGANT 20 WATER PURIFIER from PAI INTERNATIONAL,

MARATHALLI,BANGALORE ON 15.10.2010.My purifier is under warranty period.

I have problem with purifier in month of march.Flow of water is very low due to some

blockage is in the purifier.I called Bangalore office lot of time.My phone is attended by

sagar,sameer,deepa on the different dates.But no response.They r telling rep will come

today or tomorrow.One rep named manju reported on 30.03.2011.He is told that some

parts to be replaced with new one.so i will come tomorrow.after that no body will come

.that complaint no is 84576770.After that i called office they told your complaint already

solved.after that again i made complaint on 08.04.2011.complaint no is 84639908.

I struggling lot for the last one month.Eureka Forbes is very good name.

But sale service is very worst
