I bought my HTC OneV phone from The mobile store at Borivali West and gave it for repairing under 2 years warranty. I have been told that my phone will be returned in 15 days but still after 1 and half months I am waiting for it. I am using basic phone for temporary. I work in IT support project and because of them I cant see my office mail alerts and provide necessary support on time which is a big loss on my performance rating and Grievances. Whenever I call the Mobile shop, each time they tell me the same answer that they have mailed insurance company and waiting for status. I have even told them to give me my phone back without repairing That too they don't listen.
Please suggest what to do, it is going out of my mind now as I have monetary and professional loss in my organization.
