Purchased eureka forbes water purifier from sales agent Mr. Sabramani. #9008425382 on 4th APril 2011 with promise of delivery by 5th April 2011. PAyment by Cheque. Till 11th April 2011 the unit is not delivered. Complaint no 84642013 raised with company. Have Called everyday with promise of delivery the same day. Still no resolution.
