Complaint Details
I have an AMC Contract with M/s Saksham Enterprises who is authorised service provider of Eureka Forbes Ltd. My Water Purifier switch is not working for the last 1 year every time when the service engineer comes to replace the same he inform us that the service provider i.e M/s Saksham enterprises is not providing the new switch to him to replace the same. We have made so many complaints to them but they are not changing the switch. I therefore request you to kindly take the serious action against M/s Saksham Enterprises as well as against M/s Eureka Forbes Ltd.
