Complaint Details
Charged 40000Rs for NEET coaching. Have not provided receipts, or books or any coaching so far. NEET is ruled out by Govt. They are not refunding the money. Nor acknowledging phone calls.Their front desk staff named Tanya, Preeti, Shalaja keep making excuses stating that the sir named Arunsingh who is the authority to refund is not availale. Also they has promised that they will deduct 7% service charge and refunds the balance but no progress so far. This course is ruled out by the govt and we are eligible for a full refund but no luck so far.
