Dear Sir,

Since there was no response from your company, when we called today, we got a blank reply stating that the cooktop may not be in Stock with your merchant. If it is so, why do you accept the order.On further questioning him, he has assured that the item will be shipped today by the Merchant.

You need to advise your team to answer properly the customers.

We need the Sunflame 4 Burner Spectra-TL cooktop to be delivered at Bangalore before Diwali festival. If impossible, please keep us informed. Do not keep us in dark.
