Hello,

Are you not reading our complaint properly? We are awaiting the activation of the 4G-LTE Dongle not any cell SIM. Again and again you are responding in an improper way and trying to buy time.

Please note that if you are not going to activate by tomorrow, we don't need your service. Please instruct your official outlet, Talk Guru at Malleswaram, Bangalore to take back the Dongle.

Please confirm by return mail since matter is urgent.

You also seem to be avoiding the issue instead of resolving it. We really don't know what comment you posted in Complaint.com site. Either your Appellate or Senior Management of Airtel should intervene and take suitable action at once.
