Complaint Details
Place online order #8664615 on shopping.rediff.com. The order was supposed to be delivered on 23rd October. The order is NOT yet delivered, but marked as delivered by the vendor. Customer care does not give status updates in email, and just tell me that they are checking details on call. I have been spending hrs together on call, with no answers.
