for my vodafone postpaid mobile no. 7838117162, i had activated a 2G blackberry plan with unlimited internet usage for 6 months; the plan charges were paid in advance. Through the plan period, the blackberry plan was arbitrarily changed to 3G with limited internet usage without information or permission from my side. The next bill of around rs. 9500 was generated for the month of august,2013 with Rs. 7700 charges for internet usage. as i called them and raised the issue, i was promised redressal but nothing came about. scores of calls and complaints were of no avail. the services of phone were disconnected. still monthly bills were generated. the bill has now escalated to Rs. 11,500 and i am receiving multiple calls from vodafone asking, requesting or even threatening to pay the bill. every other day i get calls at odd hours and after going through the complaints , i am asked to pay the inflated bill.
