I have paid and purchased baby tricycle(1106706) from shopclues.com.(order number 7671489) on 15.10.2013 and their promised delivery date 24.10.2013 to 26.10.2013.but still i m not received it. i have followed shopclues person,and they shown the despatching evidence first flight courier consignment number O99100113468 dated 23.10.2013. i have followed first flight courier person, several times regarding that consignment . They are simply telling me that they do know, where that consignment is lying with them.so kindly help me,
