My a/c no:003201501109 icici bank charge me twice for SMS service which was deactivaed by written application in DN road-Fort branch.
I send mail no 10/10/13 to bank for the same & on 12/10/13 (Faraz Kamil Senior Customer Service Officer ICICI Bank Limited) send mail & confirm matter will solve on or before on or before October 19, 2013.
bUT AFTER THAT NO RESPONCE FROM BANK. EARLIER ALSO THEY CHARGE ME THEN WAIVE OFF NOW FOR NEXT MONTHS THEY AGAIN CHARGES ME INSTEAD OF UPDATING THEIR RECORD.
