Worst Service center in India: SO Number: 7020732884:
I brought a laptop lenovo G560, recently I got a problem in keyboard and Fan(internal device) I complained on 13/sep/2013 SO no: 7005540372, after this service engineer came on 18/sep/2013 and he replaced keyboard but fan is not repaired , I asked about the fan he said it, now I am not brought fan it will take few days, and some other engineer will come and repair it,
I waited up to 23/sep/2013 and I called to lenovo service center about the status, the are saying its closed the complaint you have to raise the complaint again he given the service center address Nexsus Computers Pvt Ltd, Mahim, Mumbai.
I went to service center they given the compliant(SO Number 7020732884) and said it will take time so I again waited for his call, still I failed it, and I call to Nexsus they are not responding to the call, after I call to the Lenovo Service center on 14/Oct/2014: Mr. Pawan (Customer Executive) said revert back to tomorrow, But I am not get any call, next dai I called aging Mr. Raju responded and He said I will surely call you tomorrow, it's amazing I am not get any call from raju also, again I called Now Interest person is interacted Mr. Azeem this man is working as said supervisor but how he get this job and who's recruited him I don't know because I said everything to him Lase few days what happen he said the fan is in service center,You have to go and repair it, and I went on 19/oct/2013(Saturday) , but the nexsus is saying we are still not get fan you have to wait 2 to 3 working days means Monday to Wednesday still I am not get any call I hope Lenovo India will give replay for this
