Dear Sir/Madam

I had placed my order in Snapdeal (online) order number 1303502351
• 4th Oct – First order with Snap deal
• 10th Oct WRONG PRODUCT got delivered on 10th Oct (which was to be delivered on 8th Oct – 2 days delay)
• 16th Oct - Pick up person came
• 22nd Oct team called to acknowledge the receipt of the material and that the return package will be sent on priority

For an simple order of an External HD they have 26 days of my time, money and so many followup.

Which is the post irresponsible online shopping I have ever experienced.

And today the customer care executive Ms. Komal Sharma called and said that the product is not available. But its available in the site (attachement)
And that they are going to initiate the money back process which I didn’t ask for.

I request you to help me to get my product which I had paid and which I am supposed to get from them.
