Hi,

I had purchased goods worth rupees 349. The bill for the same is as enclosed which I have recd from the faces store in thane. But the amount that was deducted from my account was6059.95 Rs. Attaching a scanned copy of my pass book for your reference. I am following up with the faces team since quite some time but I haven't got my money back. They are saying it's the fault from the banks side whereas when I checked with ICICI branch in Mulund they said the bank is not fault.
Pls help me in getting my money back since this is not a small amount for me. I am a teacher by profession and I stay on rent even this small amount is of a big help to me.
I hope this matter will be resolved soon and I will get the money back.
