Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm Makeshkumar.T and i have taken postpaid connection for internet services (Rs.697 per Month).
i paid my monthly bill in a correct manner without any delays since connection taken.
During second week of june 2013, my postpaid mobile number was blocked by customer care for not paying the bill value of Rs.100 to 200 on previous month june 2013 bill value.
As per the rules , they have not set up any credit limit for the customer and they simply disconnected my mobile number for not paying around 100 to 200 Rupees.
This makes me very much dis-satisfied ,discomfort and dis-appointed with the aircel cellular services.
Due to the sudden block of my mobile number, my business was entirely affected for not having internet connection and i am severly affected.
So i plan to disconnect my mobile number while thay have blocked.
I have given request to the customer care officer on the same incoming call in which they have spoken to me and they refused to provide me the service request number for the same.
On 29th July 2013, i have been assaulted in my home town and admitted to hospital for a month and my mobile , data card including aircel sim card was theft by unidentified robbery members.
Due to this ,i have requested Aircel Customer Care to block my aircel number i.e +91-7299999280 and i told that i'll pay the pending bill amount of around 100-200 Rs pending on july month.
At the same time , i have requested aircel care to disconnect my number and do not want anymore and they have accepeted my request and acknowledged me.
I have been injured and admitted at hospital outside of chennai.Later with in a week (july 1st week),i received a aircel customer care incoming call to pay the last month (june-July 2013).
From aircel customer care ,requested me to pay monthly rental pending amount for the sum of Rs.100-200 approx.At the same time i told them again to disconnect my postpaid number as i have not been using since 1st week july 2013.
I received a reply from customer care officer stating that they will process my request and they will do the needful as my concern.
But still the mobile number +91-729999280 was not disconnected and still from aircel cellular limited, they are generating the bill every month even i'm not using and not aware of , after so many request of disconnection and not having a single reply to block my number or diconnect my number ,
they have not even given service request number for my requests as well for disconnection.
They are torturing me through alternate mobile as well as in email to pay the sum of Rs.2700 Approx to disconnect the connection.
I have requested aircel care for diconnection and blocking of my post paid number mulitple times from july 2013.But they are generating every month bill till current month since june-july 2013 without my knowledge.
I was not used the postpaid number from 2nd week of july 2013 , not used the data usage available for the month of june - july 2013 period and not utilized the services and they have blocked my postpaid number since june-july 2013 billing cycle for not paying pending Rs.100-200 Approx.
This is really not acceptable and this company forcing and compelling me to pay every month pending rental for the sum of Rs.2500-2700 approx.
Finally i'm receiving every month rental bill for the disconnected and blocked number on 2nd week of july 2013.
I'm totally frustrated due to the worst service by the aircel cellular limited and not disconnected my postpaid number +91-7299999280.
For aircel i have to pay the sum of rupees 100-200 Rs pending may-june month bill, thats all from my side as this pending amount before my disconnection request and rest of the bills aircel cellular limited should be responsible for the same.
So i request you to kindly help in this situation and take legal actions on aircel cellular limited for forcing,compelling me to pay the rental amount from june-july period to till date and kindly investigate and take necessary action for not disconnetced my connection from july 2013.
Kindly help me in this situation that would be really grateful.I'm really waiting for the response.
I have found a few solution for myself from CFBP council and i'm expecting the same.
ALL THE ABOVE SAID INFORMATION 100% TRUE WITH THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND THERE IS NO ANY EXCEPTION IN THE STATEMENT I HAVE GIVEN.
