i purchased bajaj popular iron on 04th January,2011 from tri ngr which stopd heating in march 1st week so i registrd a complain which was resolvd but d problem emerged again the next day.i complaind several times on customer care bt was nt given the complain no. Until 07th april when my complain was formally registered vide complain no. 73624 whici has nt been resolved as yet despite companies policy of redressal within 48 hours.i being traumatised for d past 40 days and now the executives have started using bad language.i contacted- ajit singh-9899729295,shashikant-9711047438,priyank gupta-9810306562 and several other executives bt none showed seriousness towards my complain.
