Hi, u have purchased HUL Pureit Marvella RO Water Purifier whose details are as given below.
Order No. : 1351595565
Order Placed On : 2013-10-21 19:38:33

Initially prior to purchasing product, i was conveyed the product delivery to be happening in 2-3 days, when this dint happened, i started following up with not just snapdeal but also with ecom express (Delhi) . As per snapdeal, product was delivered to courier services on 22nd Oct, where as ecom services couriers says they received the same on 25th oct 11 am. even after calling them since 24th oct so many times (almost 20 times), but i have not received it till date. 30th Oct.

The Conveyed date for delivery was 25th oct.

i had to deliver this product to my native place along with my family.
which i couldnt because of delay.
till date,their customer executives are taking complaints without providing any resolution till date.
have asked them to coordinate with courier people in order to get possible resolution.

but they cant even provide the same.

When i got so irritated and frustrated to their false commitments,i decided to cancell the order.

for this, they are saying to take 7 to 10 more days to refund the amount.

I planned to order the product mainly because of trust that this will be delivered in assured dates, so that i can set it up at my place in urgency.
now even cancelling the order will delay the implementation.

this has costed me and my family to suffer and continue with hard water drinking.

I want to teach them a lesson so that they can not cheat people and display false assurances.

Kindly help me to do the same.
