Complaint Details
I visited Airtel Relationship Centre today for discontinuation of my postpaid number +918427756374. I asked the same from the executive to process that. She simply denied to do so, saying we do not do so in closing as per guidelines from the company's management. For processing I need to call online customer care service. When I contacted on phone, that executive told that the request will take 10 days to process only to discontinue a contact number. All that drama just to add next billing cycle's rental to the settlement amount which is goint to add on 4th of November, 6 days before the request is being filed!! What would you call that? Total arrogance and cheating on their part. Please look into the matter
