Till date No one resolved my complaint and no body from the company contacted me even at once. Pls do the needfull at the earliest

I have ordered Two HP V165 16GB Flash Drive vide Ref. No. 16126190. The consignment was delivered to me on Dt. 18 February,2013. But when I opened the consignment there was only One HP V165 16GB Flash Drive. I have registered complaint so many times.On dt. 21-03-2013 I received mail from 100bestbuy.com that your order is in process.We deliver your product as soon as possible. But till date I have not received my pen drive. Pls take necessary action and oblige.
