My Eureka Forbes RO system has benn not working for last seeven days. A compalint in this regard has been registered on 6th April 2011 through phone to the M/s Anu Enterprizes. Panditwadi, Premnagar, Dehradun. One technician came and assured to change the adoptor next day. Since then there were no response from that end. we keep reminding the agency daily and they keep telling that it will be done today. We do not have water at home to drink as we are arranging it from here and there. The service of the Eureka forbes agency is not up to the mark. I have also taken Comprehensive Service Contract with the Eureka Forbes the Customer Code is 1005764325 and the contract Receipt no is 45 20324032.
Kindly resolve the issue. I am a working women and I do not have time to be at home all the time.
I am requesting you to kindly resolve the issue as earliest.
