Complaint Details
I have made payment for delivery of Aquaguard RO system (Eureka Forbes) on 6-April-11, order No:047117, bill no:791. Delivery was promised on 7-April-11. However, till date the product is not delivered. Have, called the customer Care,the company failed to resolve my problem. I have being making more than 20 phone calls everyday since 6-April, but the response from company side is not encourging. Everyday say it will be delivered tomorrow.
