Complaint Details
I contacted Eureka Forbes to get a water purifier installed in my home. They sent a person very quickly, he took the order and took the full payment and said that within 2 days product will be installed. Now even after one week of that instance they have not installed the purifier. Any call to them or their call center (39883333)has a standard response that it will be installed within 2 days. Since I have already made the payment I cannot withdraw my order as well. When I enquired with the sales representative in detail, he informed me that stock is not there and it will take some time to get it.
It was kind of urgent to install a water purifier for my home but the whole purpose is being defeated because of this delay.
