Complaint Details
"The Bank at any time (in their sole discretion and without giving any notice thereof to the card-member or assigning any reason thereof) suspend, withdraw or cancel the benefit of such insurance covered, and there will be no binding obligation on the bank to continue this benefit. Using the Card is deemed acceptance of this term."
Is this term legally tenable? Are there relevant citations for or against such a term? Thank you.
