I have St-200 filter of eureka forbes, contract of services was renewed on 24/05/2010 for two years before ending of my previous contracti.e. 26/06/2010.
on 24/05/2010 filter was serviced but after that no body has take any care of it. Neither any pnone call or anything has been done.
Now I am drinking dirty water, as service is due but not done.
A complaint was done on dated 09/-4/2011 vidie no 61835737 but no body has come to service my filter.
Is this companies policy to renew the contract and forget to give services? Is this a contracat for two years or it is headach for me?

Before my pataience loosen I will request you to take necessary steps so that servces of filter should be done at its earliest and i should get regular services without any delay.
