Complaint Details
I had bought a Samsung galaxy s3 phone on july 17, 2013. the camera stopped working in a month. When i gave the phone to the authorized service centre in mumbai, they entered the invoice date as 18 July, 2013. they could not resolve the problem. then i shifted to ahmedabad. i gave the same phone and they refused to accept it because the date on the invoice (17) and the date in their system (18) did not match. So they have refused to repair the phone even though it is their fault.
