I am Thilakar speaking instead of Mr.Kim.
I am a very badly frustrated, ignored customer of Airtel. My broadband connection is not working from last Sunday morning.
First Complaint no.: 45074396 - Dated:- 10.04.2011
Second Complaint no.: 45227984 – Dated:- 14.04.2011
Is this the way you treat your customer.
I spoke to two of your call center(044-42111213) officials. Mr.Kapil & Mr.Sandeep.
Mr. Kapil gave me service engineer mobile number-8754561582. I am keep on calling him, no answer. 5 minutes later he switched off his mobile.
I cannot understand your customer service.
Either you must have a good performance on your products or you must have a good customer service. Airtel dosen’t have both.
