Complaint Details
I purchased a pair of formal (Black Colour) shoe from the shopkeeper on 19th September 2015 (Copy of invoice attached as reference containing all details related to purchase).

While purchasing shopkeeper had assured of long lasting shoe's sole and he emphasized on durability of the shoe minimum for 1 year.

On 22nd September 2015 I found sole of shoe broken after a mere use of 2 days. I went to shop asking for repair/replace/refund of shoe as it is a matter of break of trust by the shopkeeper.

In response to this shopkeeper blindly refused to do any of the above things and threw the shoe outside.

When I insisted about misbehavior and collected the shoe and asked again for the same then he again threw shoes to the side of the desk taking unauthorized possession of shoes.

At this instant I took the snapshot of the shoe in scattered position (attached along with this complaint).

I therefore request you to please look into this matter and take necessary action.
