Complaint Details
I had ordered Kaju Katli and Flowers for my parents on the occasion of their wedding anniversary. They delivered pista barfi instead. I complained to them same day to either deliver correct item or refund the money. They didn't bother to reply to my email. When I contacted them they refused to take any action though they accept that their supplier have delivered wrong item. This is completely unethical behaviour. Your intervention is requested to help me get refund of my money.
