Hi -
I had complained to Eureka Forbes that my water filter was not working. Complaint number 61796414 dated 5th April. I had called many times and every time the response is that it will be attended in 24 hours. I have posted on their facebook page also but there is no response. The product is defective and it comes for frequent repairs and their service is bad. Even my earlier request was not attended for almost 20 days and it was attended only after I had brought you into loop. Request you to help me this time also.
