I recharged reliance GSM (7505264530) on 14.09.2015 to avail talktime of Rs.600, when checked balance on 16.09.2015 it showed nil, not much calls have been made. When enquired on c-care on 198, they said that it was a technical error and amount will be credited back within 3 working days. After waiting when balance was not received, when I furher enquired thru emails and complaint no 198, they told a different story, that money was deducted because of GPRS usage, although GPRS is not even used in that particular phone.When I asked for details of deductions, either the email was not responded at all, and after sending series of reminders, they repeated previous responses, without giving any details.

I even asked for procedure for Mobile Number Portability, which is a standard procedure, they didnot provided even that.
