Complaint Details
I have booked two bags from the online portal www.simplysizzle.in. I made the payment online using my credit card on 3rd Oct'13. I have not yet got the product. I tried reaching them on phone but no one picks up the phone. Even multiple emails have not been responded to. I am at a loss what to do. I have made the payment and not yet got the product. My order # is ECB-A1001216.
