I purchased One Netconnect Dongle postpaid,and hardly used it for 10 days.then I lost it.They kept me sending bills.I called several times to customer care to stop the subscription,but I never got any response.They finally handed me a 1885 rs bills.I refused to pay that.After one month they suddenly called and said,they have filed a case against me,i have to come to delhi tomorrow,or pay the bills today.I paid the bills just for avoiding harassment. this is really very harassing and I want to complaint that they have charged me unaccordingly ,and they never responded to mails,and didnt informed me properly before taking any actions.
